We also offer full diagnostics to determine what is wrong. Diagnosis requires time from our best technicians and dealer-level equipment including scan tools, lab scopes, battery/charging testers, smoke machines, pressure/vacuum gauges, etc. Because it’s skilled investigative work, there’s a diagnostic fee. The fee buys clarity: a root cause, a clear plan, and a precise estimate for the fix—so you don’t pay for guesswork or parts you don’t need.
